does agi evasion affect the evasion chance of reflex? Also what amount of agi/eva stat is enough to evade most of the atks?

Agility doesn't give evasion, it gives dodge

dodge rate is calculated from your FLEE and the monster's HIT. level difference also has a small factor in this.
in order to keep dodging at the same rate, you have to continually raise your flee stat. potions help too, when the monster has a higher level than you or if it's buffed from increased difficulty.

Evasion has a fixed chance of activating.
dodge is checked first, if it fails you have a chance for evasion.
the maximum amount you can get is 75%.

AGI adds FLEE but not Evasion.
Light Remodelled Armor increases evasion by 10% and decreases guard rate by 10%. flee (from agi) is also boosted.
the Light Armor Mastery skills add 10% more each.
everything else must come from equipment and skills.

they both avoid taking damage, but have different conditions.

Evasion activates at a fixed chance, but only on attacks from your target enemy. that is because it triggers an unsheathe attack and you can't attack monsters you are not targeting.

Dodge is calculated from your flee stat and the monster's hit stat. (level difference also has a small effect on this)
certain attacks may also have higher or lower hit.
it is not as consistent as Evasion, but works on all monsters.
