Ailment-Reactive Bosses

    Armor break can stop that. I use L10 Snipe (almost always armor break) on my archer char and problem solved. ☺️ Shell break from knuckle skill tree can also be relied on (plus it heals MP if armor break ailment is successful).

    Tumble flinch or stun adds on a "value" to where reaching the maximum causes him to use his death laser. So hes basically like a stoplight, green, yellow and red. However if he is yellow, he can go back up to green by waiting a while.

    Yelb's super armor can avoided by not triggering it. IIRC, it's 12k damage ceiling. Somewhere around that. So if you deal 12k++ in 1 blow, the super armor triggers and stops after some time.

    I usually just use multi-hits to bypass this like limiting Phantom Slash damage and such to deal lower than 12k per slash or per damage tick.

    thats sad bec as a katana user, your normal auto attack is already more than 12k

    Memecolus when hit by flinch/tumble it will cast a big aoe aroun its feet and when you hit it with magic skill it will turn red and when its in red mode all its attack will do fast cast.

    Also zolban will counter aoe spike inflict stop ailment if you stun him

    After doing the ex Arena at(lvl 110) el Scaro as a finale mage numerous times I've noticed that the crystal boss thingy spams his blue aoe on all the members if I tumble him, not sure if it's only tumble though...

    Freeze also weakens Wandering Wheel as per DS chat. Because our PS has Freeze and we habe no means of slowong enemies other than that. But it does get weakened by it. Dont take my word for it though :)

    Something i found
    BKoD: Flinch is fine

    ECB: Tumble is fine at Purple phase

    Memecoleous: Flinch and Magic skill is fine. It only turn red if you deal one hit more than 3% of its HP, same as ECB.

    Iconos:
    Only counter Flinch at 100-50% HP with guard
    Only counter Tumble at 50-0% HP with guard
    Stun is ok, anytime.

    York: Counter Stun at 2nd phase(After first Donut LaserStorm) with full map Sleep. But he doesn't counter it after he reach super def mode(3rd phase). And his last phase(4th) counter everything, someone already pointed it out.

    Guignol: Counter all CC at red mode with fractional spike trap.

    Ultimate Machina: Flinch is fine, always.

    Maton sword: Super def mode can be broken with Para and Stop, change to red mode after that. Already tried every ailments other than that and nothing else work. Para and Stop also make it fall down at any phase, think of it as CC for Maton but with 30s(Para) and 60s(Stop) cooldown.
    Counter all CC at red mode, with 2-3 hits single physical atk(Fear+Weaken+Flinch)

    I will update more if this is helpful enough ._.

    @Ezenio Slow does nothing to crystal titan.

    I dont think para has 60sec cooldown. 60sec is for stop and it applies to everything not just maton coz stop is just a bad ailment in general.

    ... yeah i do agree that Stop is mostly useless.

    Some more info coz im bored rn:

    Twilight Dragon: Teleport always if Flinch, and fire Ball at your face

    Inzanio: All CC make him guard for a while

    Zolban: Run away if Tumble, create fractional spike trap(Stop) if Stun

    Memecoleous: Flinch is fine. Magic doesn't make it turn red, it only turn red when get hit by something more than 3% of its HP, which is similar to ECB. Lets call them Anti Burst bosses.

    Tyrant Machina: Flinch change him to White (2-3s) and he will evade everything. Tumble change him to Green(8~10s), increase his def and resist but greatly lower his speed and dmg.
    At 30% HP, all CC is fine.

    Idk if i should include event bosses or not..
