Alchemy proficiency 89-90

I can't seem to make anything that gives me an increase in proficiency at this point. In the metals, the one in able to make gives no increase, but the next one up said my proficiency isn't high enough. What should I do? {scratch that title. I meant to put 89 to 100}

u need to craft hp mithrils to raise ur prof at this point. good luck!

hmmmm well up to 90 i crafted magiad 3 beyond lvl 91 i think we need hp mithril which sucks. goodluck to us, im stuck at leveling prof as well.
