To each its own , both are okay for mage to use but curled horn will definitely be better on very long boss runs.

Slotted curled horns (matk 4% stability+8%) can be made through the npc blacksmith.

 

What combo would be best for evil cyrstal beast

 

Depends on your likings. it can be either a melee combo or range combo

 

The key to killing ecb quick is to avoid hitting over 15.8k single instance of dmg , doing so would lock his proration to lowest.
Make use of other skills like arrow or wall and smite them meanwhile using a 90%storm or less if you have 1.9k matk with light staff.
Holy fist - wall (smite) - impact (save) - Storm (Smite) - Jav (cons)
3mp wall 150% storm 90%
But if youre in a party and they dont give a thing about hitting 15.8k , then use the
Holyfist - wall (smite) - impact (cons) - storm (smite)
And use impact - storm (smite) for long range spamming

Also i dont have a light staff, so i use a norm anniversary lll +7 staff

 

Well.. spamming a 150% storm is all goods as long as you think it wont reach 15.8k

 

If u want to target the attacker rank. Having a light staff is a must

1. Im going to reset to take martial skill, would it be okay if I dispose quickdraw (shot skill). As shell break is giving 400mp upon success.
2. If im going to take martial skill, do I need to use knuckles as secondary ? then im going to lose shield skill too?

 

1.It relies on the situation mostly because guardbreak has a universal cooldown which means that whenever you party with any fu or knuckle classes , you won't be able to fully utilize the 4mp regeneration most of the time , meanwhile quickdraw does work regardless of what the pt composition is.
2.No , you can still use martial skills even without knuckles. But in case you did use knuckles along with a staff , you'll experience a -15% pentalty on your matk but in return the proc rate of brawler skills is raised by 50%, also you can still use protection and aegis even without shield except it costs 3mp instead of the usual 1mp and also you cant use shield bash and shield cannon without your shield.

 

Which is better MAGIC UP or MAGIC MASTERY?

 

Magic mastery @10 raises your matk by 3% , meanwhile Magic UP@10 and your character lvl is 110 raises your matk by 27.5.
To put it on conclusion , as long as you have more than 1k matk , magic mastery is better.

How much this build cost spina?

 

For this build, what would you suggest the xtals be for a 2s ring? I have so far put Scrader, but haven't decided on the second one. Originally thought of Nurethot since it's matk3%, but -150 cspd could hurt (stronger, but slower cast hence not enough dmg thrown) so considering Ooze instead l (matk2% but negative def stat isn't as serious as -cspd). Then there's also Granny with 100matk, but -1000cspd (might as well not cast).

 

I'd definitely go with ooze rather than nure since their difference is only a measely 1% matk and ooze has very little negative stats as compare to nure.
