    IF you mean synthesis it will cost 0-10k though try to get some one from forum or with insu, with synthesis you can lock three thing such as stat>app>dye and rest will be gamble if you have more than 2 dyes in one arm. After synthesis is done You are able to get the stat you were looking on arm and the other one is lost hope this help :)
