Arrow Mage Finale Build (Lvl. 155 CAP)

Umm...isn't finale on level 10 generate 300 aggro,since every second while casting finale generate 100 aggro and on level 10 it takes 3 seconds.
Also...queen staff with vit stats seems pretty useless or just like the other staffs,right?

Oh, thanks for explaining,isn't increasing dex instead of vit can increase the chance of doing more damage?

 

1 dex gives +1 matk and
+3-4 CSPD, so at 157 dex you only get 157 matk, and cspd doesnt affect finale so its kind of a waste in points. Survability is way better because of you're always fixed in an area while casting finale. Thats why VIT is way better imo.

 

If the point is because you are fixed to one spot, both vit and agi are good options. Agi provides dodge so when it hits you won't die, get hit or have finale canceled. Vit is to tank the hit. So far I've encountered mages that are either vit or partial with Dex and I'm left reviving them because they decided to tank the hit or got caught in finale.

 

i think agi not good. 157 flee and thick ness blood that mean u must use light gear armor ( more less survive) flee/dogde are useless for mage or be usefull when all u gear can improve your dodge ablitiy and than mean u must lose all damage output cuz change all gear to improve your dodge. just depends from agi stat to dodge? out there full agi build job still get hard time cuz get hit and die even they have full gear to improve dodge ability. when u cant dodge than BAMMM U die( what meaning have high damage if u cant survive?) and vit give u more hp pool to survive. agi batter if u not have tank but yes it useless. when u cant dodge and actualy die. doing hard run why must tanking if u have tank. and if another job lose the agro and run to vit mage build. that just time when finale hit. and u just comper it on stupid mage vit just know how to spam finale and cant wait for agro holding ( on another post in this theard u say u int dex mage build? and now agi) .

i think u must play with koto to know how this build work. cuz recently i play with him do gem run SRD and LRD on new event bos 150 ( gracia. empress. quenn potum) . that really nice build i think. ( if you tell agi int finle batter that vit int mage please post the video on doing that run )

more survival when. all team die. and ever you feel doing gem run and tank die?? mage take all agro cuz all skill spam more then another job. and how u can survive just with thick ness blood and must avoid all 3 bos spam skill ? agi cant 100% dodge all even full dodge gear still get hit from bos ( and if i m not worng magic damage cant be dodge. and just eva can avoid it)

Nice build n nice combo .. u can use queen staff for it .. high matk , high damage ..

 

After reading all of this it is clear English is not your first language as you misinterpreted just about everything I said honey. I claimed both vit and agi could make good secondary stats. Calling a mage's build vit int implies vitality is maxed rather then int. Also there are gear that works for mages with agi. Mainly devil's horns from the Halloween event. +20% dodge and matk up by agi(enough so to compete with devil's hood) and fairy hat with +4% agi and -15% aggro. And even vit mages die. No mage is capable of 100% survivability alone. It all depends on the player using the character. A vit mage can be k.o'd by fractional damage or several consecutive hits of high damage. As well as getting flinched/tumbled/stunned and canceling their finale. Each have their ups and downs. I as a Dex mage with the right equipment can out damage a vit mage. Assuming everything goes right for both mages and I'm not stuck reviving the party or healing because they got too cocky and reckless with their combos. If I have a decent tank I can use finale often. If not I have to pace my character. I have approximately -22% aggro. Not much for finale but enough if I play well. If I have a decent tank that keeps guardian up I can just be close enough to receive the buff.

And BTW there was someone else who made a mage build using agi, showing how it worked and the amount of times hit - less often then regular mages however just like with vit you don't stand still and get cocky. Also agi and vit give nothing to mages in terms of matk alone. Dex does. So unless you are using something that boosts matk based on stats they are both in the same boat for matk. I have seen some gear that boosts matk based on vit. The boss dropped spirit tear staff which would be obsolete by now as 7% I&m and +10~14int with the same base atk will be better then just matk up by stat alone. Along with queen staff being matk up by int and +10% int with a high base atk it is the best for finale regardless of secondary stat (until secondary stat can be maxed as full vit will hurt it but by then a better staff may be out anyway).

I finally reached level 165 now. Does anyone else play the build? I continue to enjoy it. Especially if I stand thanks to the high life compared to other members. How did you distribute the remaining Stat points? Continue on VIT? Feel enough with 12k life.
