At what level is smash, sonicwave & bash at 100% stun ?

as per title.

 

Smash flinch rate:
50% lvl1-5
75% lvl6-10
Knux sub/main bonus = +25%

Sonic wave tumble rate:
5*lvl %
Knux bonus = +50%

Bash stun rate:
25% lvl1-5
50% lvl6-10
Knux bonus = (25 + AGI/10) %

So basically smash can get 100% at lvl6 with knux, bash can get 100% at lvl6 with knux and 250AGI, sonic needs lvl10 with knux to get 100%
