Beserk ??? Did anyone tried this on DW.

And can anyone gimme equipment stat of their builds.
Im thinking sword atk 215 refB pillar golem
A7ccc16.
And base elemental swords refC 7 sets. (210+ atks)
Arm fc16 ornlarf.
Grecia mask yelb
Beast fang tapir and deniala.
And i got so abt a total of 95 amp.

It's ok but the stability reduction really hurts your damage, since as a dw, we rely on lots of little attacks rather than one time big attacks. With lower stability, your quick attacks do lower damage.

 

Doesn't necessarily lower your damage outright, but it would increase the damage range.
For example, if you have 100 Stability. you always deal 100 damage. if you have 75 Stability because you use Berserk. you now deal 75-100 damage.

Another small problem with Zerk is it's Def/Mdef reduction but could be mitigated by other means or just don't get hit and get high maxp hp.

 

Mdef ad def penalty dont apply for dw.

 

Believe me, they do and it hurts.

 

It says reduces the reduction on def and mdef for ohs, except for dual wield. So dual wield loses more def and mdef from berserk, ohs loses less.

 

well counter that berserk use gloria skill. I use berserk + gloria on my ths . I dont use rampage tho. The problem with gloria is cpsd. You need high cspd. For dw, i thought it wont reduce the def and mdef. Hmm

 

Zerk and Gloria are both 30seconds duration and casting Gloria after Zerk would prolly cost you 2seconds already from the casting to the animation and after animation.

I tried it too. I found something better but it's still under testing.

 

well, my cspd is 396. kinda pretty low tho. I m nore into vit than dex
plus gloria skill is not physical skill. And the rest just depends on the combo and try to exploit it well. For me, gloria and berserk works well. I m more concern about rampage since that skill reduce def and mdef to 0. Plus more buff more better

 

If you use reflex as well then the mdef & def problem doesn't really matter

 

I did test gloria (lvl10)+ berserk(lvl10) + reflex (lvl 10) on my dw.By using berserk + reflex . The both def and mdef at lvl 42 is 238. After the reflex and berserk were active , the def and mdef are -190 then the gloria kick in my def and mdef now are 285 . Gloria buff (30s) can increase your survivability in boss battle.

 

If you'll be using a long combo like..
Spin > Zerk Save > Reflex cons > Gloria cons > Impact swift> PS Smite > 1mp ender swift or whatever. It would work. But.. for DWs, long combos aren't preferred. Well, for me specifically, I've shy'd away from long combos. It may work though.

 

Nope lol, first combo just for buff, for example reflex , berserk on save, gloria (swift), war cry , flash blast. The only problem now is stability due to berserk. The wind rapier has 90% stability which is quite good.

 

stability isn't an issue if you know how to get it.

+3 Stability from Weapon - 3
+Stability from Avatars.

So.. it's relatively easy to reach. The issue would be, will the trade off be worth it. Depending on how to want to approach the game would be the answer to that.

No, that's what's it doesn't affect. Subhand Stability. It only affects Main Stability. It's tested before by 13th' and I have tested it as well.
