Best way to farm ori ore?
Where? Luck mage? how much luck? drop book?how much time do you spend for 1 stack?
I mtrying to level lock 4. But buy ori ore is expensive.

Haven't really gotten 4 lock but can't you just buy regular Ori on CB and craft HPO? Only Costs 16k a piece unlike Ori Ore which costs like 20k or so.

Up to 125 prof you can use fighter's loincloth I think.

Or am I spouting garbage off my mouth?

Difficulty level for HPO is 320, which is pretty difficult to reach. Maybe doable at 155 with max tec and rest in dex?

You can do fighter until 128. But you’re stuck with orichalum ore -> orichalum after that.

e: 6 dex = 1 difficulty level, tec/2+prof = difficulty. You’d have max 157 dex and 255 tec at 155 with most emblems unlocked.
So at 128 prof you’d have about 281 difficulty. Add in all the 2s gear you could get with dex2/dex3 xtals and statted dex+14, and you still can’t reach 320 lol

 

To answer the question about farming, the mob locations are rocksaurs in Singolaire Ruins and bio launchers in Brahe Laboratory. Theoretically the bio launchers have a better drop rate table (orichalum ore is 3rd of 4 drops while for rocksaurs it’s 5th out of 5 drops), but it’s still insanely low.

Better to farm ore during events like Candela or the ambush mobs during Hanami.

 

I think (not sure just off experience) exp is capped at 30% per item you synthed (successful or not) if its item level is at or above your synth level
You can do fighter but until 127 where most of the time you'll not get exp, and when you do itll be 1%
When you hit 125 +-1 you should begin doing HPO (you'll fail but still your goal is to lvl synth right?)
Buy a bunch off general store (NOT CB) and synth those
Althooouuughhh it'll be very harsh on your wallet

 

The problem here is that you literally can’t do the HPO recipe. If you don’t have the requisite difficulty, it doesn’t let you make the recipe.

This is why orichalum ore to orichalum is the only option — still does the same thing you described above (failing and not getting orichalum) because its item level is 150.

1. buy orichalcum ore at board (1 piece is enough)
2. make sure your bag is full
3. go to bio launcher or rocksaur,
4. since you have a full bag and only orichalcum, other item won't drop and only oric ore that can be farmed (but the rate still low)
5. if got full stk, synth until it remain 1 piece and repeat 1st step

or you can farm oric ore at guild maze, especially if there was weekly boost about treasure item

 

The Event boss Choiyaki Mentai has a chance of dropping Orichalcum Ore - just got one piece earlier. There's a drop rate/exp boost event this weekend on that specific boss, but the boss itself is pretty crappy with the fractional/ignite and the damage in general that it does.

With level 155 Tec>dex using all Dex equips. It is possible to do HPO at around prof 157.

 

There are no "__ Ore" in guild maze. all material drop as "High purity __" for info.

Oh thank you boys. I try farm it at brahe. I need 28 stack of ori ore. So is preatty imposs to buy it xD.

 

Step 1 : Kidnap a Cule merchant and demand the location of Orichalcum mines
Step 2 : Raid those mines
Step 3 : ???
Step 4 : PROFITZ

 

in my experience, i get more ori ores from rocksaur rather than brahe. hunting bonus in rocksaur will gives you at least 2 ori ores, whilst those bio launcers are freaking stingy. although sometimes it may drop a couple of ori ores in a streak too...

 

i honestly don't recommend farming orichalcum
the drop rate for them is very low,and the monsters that drops them are hard and annoying to deal with using a mage.

mostly because of the time farming it can be used to farm for other,better things,which can then make spinas ===> buy orichalcum

4 locks needed around 100m spinas worth of orichalcum i think,5 needed 200m.

 

2 hours worth of nonstop farming gave me 2 ori. :/ recommend doing something else unless you have drop rate increased.

Now, I did get them back to back, so it's all RNG.
