Quick question , how much does long range mastery gives?

 

My experience with stacking ATK% is that, at a certain point it reaches a diminishing point. Unlike cdmg or short(long)dmg which works by the end of the formula unless I'm mistaken. In this scenario I would choose BK in a heart beat just because I never had MP issues since I started playing this game.

 

Base on what i computed bk im at 171,866 only 2.3k missing , now im just wondering what are the other external factors that could possibly affect this. Either im missing a few exact digits from it or if somehow the stab is 98% then it would make much more sense since it would lead me to 173,430..
And since i can only make an approximate regarding stab jumps , results should differ but it shouldnt differ that much from the exact answer.

 

Even stab 100% give 2 different damage.. I think long range damage from skill only work for skill that categorized as long range.. (Not tested yet, cmiiw)

 

Yes 100% stab gives 2 values to some wep like swords etc..
And also yes, bk is testing it on snipe which is indeed categorized as long range skill.
I am trying to compute as to how it reached 173k , and the closest reason i can think of is if bk's stab is 98% then it would make much more sense.

Decimals are not removed till the end of the calculation where they show up on the screen same thing applies to success calculation of statting you can ask @Wyrix .

About your situation too you assume 80k as 80000 when it could be 80909 these small back values do get affected too if i calculate the dmg with 80909 i get 172054 which now has even less difference.
The only place i found where the "first" or "last" being calculated is sanctuary its always calculated last since it has the condition of 10% of maxHP as the dmg. The reduction before it can be calculated in any order.

Let me test a bit more to get a value where decimel is evident.

Then we cant say that it always applies to white dmg first too.
Unless someone actually hacked into the coding to see how the complete process works.

Full equip i use.. Maybe i calculate the cdmg wrong, youcan calculate it by your self..

 

Shouldnt your cdmg be like 200+ right now its close to 192 or did they change the amount of cdmg/str ?

 

I think you used your dw char not your sword fu char coz 255str would give a lot more cdmg.

 

In the video i use dw char, in that screenshot i use 1h fu, and now i test again use 1h arrow
All proved 4% damage after critical calculated xD
