You don't need to reset personal stat as a smith, only need to reset your stat point allocation after training prof. ^^

I was about to reset because I got 80 prof already and enough tech to cover.because I'm tired of crafting crappy gears which are hard to farm but sells cheap because of low pots lol ty

Potential is increased ONLY BY the stats that you add on status screen.
Any stats gained from any gear or skill does not count so nope.

Which item should I craft at diff 100?

Any item you want that has 100 difficulty for prof training but for profit it depends on what type of smith you are.

 

If DEX does not improve success rate, then if you are a Tech Smith is there a point in adding DEX?

I mean, 255 TECH is enough for all difficulty right?

 

Currently for equipment crafting yes 255 Tech is enough but for item crafting no it is not. Dex is usually added after Tech if you want to make a 4 lock or 5 lock alchemist as well as be a blacksmith but the extra stat points you have from levels for adding stats after 255 Tech you can put where ever you want to put them.

 

How could i calculate my success rate? Does there any calculation could i use for this problem? And how much success rate for slot and 2slot? Thanks

93 tec
120 diff
And 70 prof

 

Depends on the item that you are crafting.
For lvl10 craft equipment it is:-
(Your diff - Item diff + 10) + STR/10

No one knows the exact rate for getting slot yet. Myself I feel it is different for every individual item and its item lvl.
But if I wanna guess:-
~5% for getting 1s equip
~0.1% for getting 2s

 

so if i want make killer coat for example
Success rate = (120 - 65 + 10) + 18/10 = 66%
and for adv garb
Success rate = (120 - 15 + 10) + 18/10 = 116%

So i need to increase my diff up to 35 to make sure i dont waste any killer coats

am i wrong ?

(155-65+10)+18/10 should equal 101.8%.
