    Success rate applies to all so if the success rate is lower than 100% the synth can fail same as adding stats to equipment works.

    As u mentioned here that 2 tech points - 1 Difficulty Level
    Then why do we have to add dex or int full and rest tech points...
    If I didn't get it, correct me sir...

    Int and Dex increases potential on certain equipment is why. If you read Koko's more recent level 125 that wasn't a dead thread instead of this it goes into more detail about stat placement ^^
