Blade passive on dual wield (noob question)

Can someone help me with this.
Does the blade passives for 1 hand swords work even if you are dual wielding?

 

yes, and it works for both hands (both hands get the +atk)

 

Simple Answer : Do you use Two swords (OHS) and does it fall under the blade tree and can you use it? Yes? Then ofc all passives apply :3

 

Sword Mastery ( this one is work for dw )
Get better at swordsmanship. At Lv8-10: ATK of One/Two-Handed Swords increases by 3%. Each level adds 3% weapon attack. In case of dual-sword, this skill only boost main hand's damage.

Sword Techniques ( this one doesnt work for dw skills its only work for blade skills )
Learn the mastership of swords. The damage dealt of Blade Skill increases.

 

thats not a simple answer, a simple answer would just be a "yes" lol

 

It's simple enuff for me XD

 

sword mastery boosts the main hand (the corresponding DS skill boosts the sub hand)
quick slash adds attack speed (and there is DS skill with a similar effect for even more speed)
sword techniques only applies to blade skills, not DS skills. whether it's good or not depends on how many blade skills you use.
