He seems like a sprint type. ^_^

 

Gilgamesh (from final fantasy 5)
- has 4 arms with 4 different weapons
- when HP drops below 50% he shouts "It's Morphing Time!" and reveals 4 more arms with more weapons
- can use every weapon skill in the game
- drops 8 different weapons

Kefka (from final fantasy 6)
- has 3 phases with multiple unmobile bodies and 1 final stage with a mobile body
- abilities and appearance is excatly as the last fight against him in final fantasy 6
- drops a clown suit armor and add gear

 

So wait is Gilgamesh a power ranger or something?

 

he is final fantasy's first "mini boss" character which you fight multiple times. all his dialogue is like this
the first time he leaves in the middle of the battle saying "i forgot something i have to do. wait for me, i'll be right back".
the next time he says "i've been waiting for you." then he draws the legendary sword Excalibur, but it turns out that he was scammed and it's the fake sword Excalipoor.
in the last battle he transforms when he says "enough of this bantery. now we fight like men. and ladies. and ladies who dress like men. for Gilgamesh it's morphing time!"

in final fantasy 6 he appears in the colloseum, still searching for the real Excalibur
the mini boss in ff6 is Ultros the octopus and the first time he appears he says "you shall not pass!"

 

Totally yes to Kefka (one of my favourite bad guys).

I'd love to fight a car or a building (time limit and HP) like Streetfighter and Rampage.
