excuse me a second for asking. but what does the swift, cons, smite, and all that mean?? first time seeing these set of words on skills..

 

when u put it on the combo it will tell u. but swift adds an effect for making ur move faster. but doesn't apply to all askls. save let's u use a skill without consuming mp. smite let's u deal 40% more dmg. etc xp

 

Swift increases animation speed, in case "move faster" was unclear, and in some cases decreases charge time (not cast time) like for Power Shot. For some skills it's not much bonus because it is already a fast animation. It doesn't stack with Trigger Slash (and I think I heard War Cry and/or Quick Aura boost next animation too?).

Smite adds 50% damage to that skill (all bonuses are additive, so save->smite is 90% not 60% damage) and subtracts 50% damage from the next skill (so use low/no damage after). It also makes the skill cost double MP if there isn't a skill after it in the combo.

Save makes the saved skill cost 0 MP and save its MP as a bank for the rest of the combo. So ... this is bowgun, so let's say Smoke Dust, would cost 0 MP and give you 500 (5 bars) extra to use in the combo. Then you can use smited snipe for 400 MP of that and swift holy fist for the other 100, for example. But Save subtracts damage. 80% for the saved skill, 60% for the one directly after it in the combo, then 40%, then 20%, then 0% penalty. Also, you have to pay the cost of whatever MP of the bank you didn't use in your combo. Example: moeba -> smoke (save) -> snipe (smite) -> para (consecutive) costs 100 mp for Moeba and then the combo uses only 400 of the 500 banked, so para shot will cost 100 MP.

Consecutive tag makes the skill cost 100 mp less for each slot after the first skill it is in a combo. It also subtracts 10% damage per the same count. Ex: moeba -> holy fist (consecutive) costs 100 mp for moeba, then 0 mp for HF since it costs 100 but is in the 1st combo slot. You can't have a negative MP cost from this (ie gain MP). It applies to MP cost before the save bank, so in the last example from my save paragraph, the para costs 300-100*3=0 mp before the save bank is used, which left the 100 mp in the bank at the end, causing para to cost 100 mp anyway.

Mind Eye makes the skill NOT activate (or any skills after it) if it inflicts an ailment that the enemy already has. For example, if you have dagger sub and use Spike Dart and then Moeba (mind eye) in your combo, moeba won't activate if Spike Dart slowed the enemy (which it usually does because it is so many hits).

Tenacity is bad, but it saves MP and lowers damage like consecutive, except that it costs 10% hp per 100 MP saved and lowers damage by the % HP cost. It doesn't require a certain combo number like consecutive, though (I don't think? Haven't tested).

And the emblems abura doesn't have are almost certainly 10000 attacker, breaker, tank, and support ranks, and the two completed skill trees (which requires making a level 110 dummy character if you don't have a 10k rank thing).

Is sneak attack level 10 necessary? Won't just leveling it up 1 do the same effect?
