buff problem

Hi all, how to tell asobimo to fix this very extreemly, highly, n crucial problem that buff such as cf, rampage, or berserk etc is removed when disconected. This is very very much annoying. If they can make potion buff stand, why not with skill buff?? Not evry body has good or stable internet,,
