Can the devs please acknowledge us?

There is a big issue happening right now with their entire game, users can’t connect for more than 24 hours now, there hasn’t been a single announcement acknowledging that they know the issue exists and that they are doing everything they can to fix it.

We are sitting here without even knowing if they know the issue is happening or if they are doing anything, regardless of if it’s obvious or not.

With the amount of time/money users put into this game, it’s the least they deserve.

I got a notification from my Toram app saying an event was live, I go to the app and it won’t connect. That is incredibly frustrating. It feels like the game is going on just fine regardless of many of us not being able to get in.

The only post about servers being down and then fixed was on the 17th. But this issue started on the 18th for me and many others.

I would like someone on the Toram team to at least let us know they know this is happening and what they are doing to try to fix it with a possible ETA.

Just sitting here with nothing at all is incredibly frustrating.

I feel like I shouldn’t even have to ask this. It should honestly be common sense.

This is not toram official forums, This is a fan-made forums for toram, the devs wont see ur message here, go spam at http://en.toram.jp/ and they maybe listen to you and pls stop posting useless threads

 

If you want an ETA I'd say another 4hours.

 

This is my 1st thread. So I haven’t posted any previously useless threads. I apologize for an inconvenience I have caused in your life. I did not know I had such an impact.

 

Don't mind him he is a good guy but is tired of instructing people since morning. It is 7am in Japan right now. The headquarters are open from 8-9 and the people will probably fix the server issue in an hour. Don't worry we will get access to Toram in just 3 hours from now and 4 at most.

No thats for everyone else thats gonna comment on this post just like all other post that had same thing. And nope not a moderater just a annoyed forums member whos been dealing with the same post and new threads of ths same topic over and over again should really calm down but annoying people keep arguing and spaming but no this isnt official page and well try to inform you when game relaunches hopefully soon but for best accurate information stalk Facebook or there official website http://en.toram.jp

From my experience, online gaming companies don't wanna give out false hope. False hope means a drop in the morale (and continued patronage) from the gamers/customers. As it is, it's leaving a bad taste in your and others' mouth. They throw out a reason or even an unsure ETA and fail at it, it'll just lead to lack of trust in the company. This is why sometimes they're tight-lipped til after the fix is made. Doing that, adding some free compensation makes them look great in many folks' eyes.

And as far as the push notifications you're getting, that's just the act of the app itself after the Valentine's update. Not the servers. It's just running through its protocols.

Best thing to do is try out some other games for your device. Slightly off-topic, Hyper Heroes is a good bet. Loved it til my Facebook account got wiped. Don't link your Facebook account on that game if you're interested.

 

Because they can’t do anything about it, and everyone keeps asking why, when they have no idea either. Hehe. I just wish I knew before I posted this thread. My bad!

I DEMAND an orb be given per each hour of how long the server was down.

 

Thanks hehe, that makes sense. Even if they don’t have an ETA, a quick: “Hey guys! We know what’s going on, and we are doing everything we can to get it fixed.” Would be nice.

It’s not necessarily the lack of other games to play, so much as I miss my friends. Hehe. ^^
