I am at 900 FLEE and maxed AGI, light crafted armor, but still not being able to solo late game bosses. I was on my way to Yelb and decided to try PG, got completely raped and only dodged 2 attacks the whole encounter.

    What's going on with this?
Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance

You need to learn how to avoid attacks and aoe manually. You also need to learn how to use martial skills with breaking effects effectively.
For some bosses, break skills are a no-no. But most of the time, break skills are good for cancelling/countering boss attacks. It helps in increasing your character's survivability.

Btw, what is your character's level, what are your equips?

There were articles of brawlers with 800 FLEE dodging red AOEs, I can't even dodge regular attacks.

On stuns, bosses like Roga have such a fast cast dash skill, I'm unable to interrupt at all. Considering if I have been doing something wrongly.

Dude pg's strongest attack is the flame cannon which is magical.
Magical attacks can not be dodged or evaded.
You need to check if an attack is magical or not before you can decide if you wanna manually dodge it or just stay.
Yelb got all magic moveset as well.
If an attack is physical or fractional it is possible to dodge just keep getting higher flee.

I did not realise that at all that there was a difference, thanks for pointing it out. How do you tell? By turning on damage logs? I assumed since I could dodge Roga's reds, all reds can be dodged

Yes, check your damage logs. Get to know which attacks are physical and magical.
Also learn which boss has anti-break against what skills/ailments. Then modify your combos and tactics.

Yeah, the damage logs will say "You took (x) damage"

Yep by turning on the damage log
Go to menu --> settings --> chat --> combat log --> click on damage taken
Now whenever you get hit it will show either "physical damage taken" "magical damage taken" or "fractional damage taken"
Magical attacks are undodgeable while physical and fractional attacks are dodgeable.

    1.) Warmonger (all atks physical/fractional)
    2.) masked warrior (all physical/fractional)
3.) Roga (you already know why)
4.) Black knight of delusion (most are physical/fraction a few are magic but easy to dodge)
5.) Goovua (1 strong magic only rest are phys/frac)
6.) Evil crystal beast (Magic Spikes just manually dodge them, while red aoes are mostly physical)
7.) Scrader (only the lasers are magic)
Bosses like Ecb will start guarding continuously for 12sec if you flinch or stun them so try to learn how to make combo without flinch or stun for it.

Wouldnt recommend anything after ecb for now as you need more practice.
Also I suggest refine your armor, add more if you feel like you are taking a lot of damage when unable to dodge :)

Once you become a bit stronger, definitely try out:
    8) Cerberus (Triple kick and Heavy smash work great, can solo with no revs)
    9) Bexiz (Pretty slow, can kill moxiz with dagger, can solo without revs)
    10) Imitator (Extremely high defense, which means shell break is great, can solo with 1 or 2 revs)

I can dodge these bosses with 800 FLEE, attack with 800 ATK, and fight with 5800 ASPD. You can do it too.

Thanks for the great lists, I ventured off and found Inzanio, camping at his map for now since it's so hard to get to. Inza is a fun fight :D

Know when/whom to use your interrupt skills.

Fight smart and vigorously but anticipate the incoming attacks/aoe so you can dodge/avoid them manually.

Just forget the fact that you have an existing flee stats, so you will not try to rely on it and it will work as your fallback for your shortcomings.
