Choc Ooze vs. Emp II

Which is better for a shield mage, do you guys think? The 500 cspd from c.ooze would be great, but is the 30% worth it on the Emp II? In addition, how low can I probably buy the winner for?

 

if u want cspd the 500cspd is better than emp II's 30% cspd
but emp II gives u 5% matk
choc ooze is abt 7m+-
empress II is about 4-5m+ empress I xta (to make empress II), which totals to about same price as choc ooze

And yeah, I want the cspd more I think, to lessen flinches during arrow and storm while soloing

 

Depends if you are using vit , or dex as secondary stat.
Choc ooze if you're using vit as secondary in order for you to achieve 1k cspd with the help of starlight potion.
Meanwhile use Empress II if you're using dex as secondary because 1k cspd is achievable with starlight potion alone even without the +500cspd of choco ooze.

Well.. if u have 2 slots, u could fit both and CSPD like a boss

 

there's not much reason to get over 1k cspd since the growth of cspd pass 1k is very slow.
1k cspd = 50% cast time reduction
2k cspd = 55% cast time reduction
That's why it would be better if you could reach 1k cspd without sacrficing an xtal slot for it , either by using potions or any source of means , that way you could use that xtal slot for better things.
