I see. Well, it deviates a bit from what I asked, though thanks for the additional explanation. And don't get me wrong x3 I don't intend to get a high HIT or DEX. Though with all equipment I have, I can kill Mauez (hard, solo) in 2:57 minutes. Hit rate is about 40%-45%, without MP Charge skill (･ω<)☆

TL;DR, a little bit of HIT is worth it, but aiming high HIT by investing too much on DEX is not necessarily needed. Except for DEX type weapons. DON YETI-nk so too? :3 (er mah gerd horrible pun (⁄ ⁄>⁄。 ⁄<⁄ ⁄))

Try to get more critical rate as it can bypass the enemy dodge regardless of your hit rate.

And I think we will get along as fellow pun lovers

may i ask sir, does it bypass it evasion too?if i interpret correctly, dodge mean our attack considered miss rite? what about evasion?.
cuz once, my skill after ray got evaded. or is it juz a bug?

 

Critical can not bypass evasion. Only dodge rate of boss that is you wont see any "miss" on your attack but you can still see "evasion" occur.

 

may i know how many crit should i put on my stat to have 100% crit rate with weapon and armor with stat fill of crit damage 7%, crit damage+13, critical +13, critical%+13, thanks

Umm can Someone Add the Equip stat "Tumble/flinch unavailable" and "Flinch Nulified" pls?

 

"nullified" is the old inaccurate description, it was changed into "unavailable".
with those stats, the mentioned status ailment cannot be used by you.
(even if the success rate of your skill is 100%, it will never happen)

oh So it doesnt mean im invicible to the ailments mentioned? if it is, does it mean im not allowed to use the skill or the ailment jz doesnt occur?

 

You can use the skills just they wont inflict the ailment.

 

Then it would be Suitable for impact combos i guess

the mystery of Unsheathe Attacks has been solved =(^.^)=

whenever Guard or Evasion activates while you are executing an attack, the following attack will become an Unsheathe Attack.
the reason why it (almost) always triggered on Evasion is the high attack speed of light armor.

if a dagger is equipped, Unsheathe Attack will NOT activate after Evasion, but instead and Evasion Attack is performed.
this also counts as Unsheathe Attack, but uses the dagger's atk for damage calculation and it can be doubled with the Double Stab skill.

the skill Charging Slash is also counted as Unsheathe Attack.

the Unsheathe Attack + stats on equipment have the same effect as the critical damage + stats, but for Unsheathe Attacks only.
of course it can stack with critical damage boni

Hello! I hope this thread is still active. Can I ask for your thoughts on CRT? Is it true that:

• 3 CRT = 1% Crit Rate? Someone mentioned that is actually 3.4 so I am not too sure now (the calculators seem over at coryn seem to suggest 3:1).
• What is the CRT to Crit Damage Ratio vs the STR to Crit Damage Ratio. I wore a lot of CRT giving gear (Proto, Gothic, Bexiz) so the Coryn calculator stated I only needed 28 CRT to achieve 100% Crit Rate. However, I am worried that my Crit Damage would be lower since CRT also adds to Crit Damage. Is it better for me to switch gears to put more into CRT or just place the remaining points into STR? This is for a Dex Archer.
