Complete Stats Guide (discontinued)

    it only increases ailment resistance, nothing else.
    255 MNT = 75% ailment resistance (this includes flinch, tumble and stun, but does not prevent spell canceling.)

    in this case, the math is the same.
    since you only get 1 for 6 points, nothing is gained from less than 6.

    but if you consider smith difficulty and bow atk, you would get 1 difficulty and 18 atk for 6 DEX.
    and if you only get 3 DEX, you wouldn't gain difficulty but still 9 atk, or 10.5 atk for 4.5 DEX.
    10.5 atk would still apply as only 10 atk, but the 0.5 will be counted in damage calculations.
    if, for example, a 2x multiplier attack is used, the potential damage is 21, not 20 ;)

    I think i read before that natural mp regen increase your ATTACK MANA POINTS REGENERATION (AMPR).
    Is it true?
    If true how many ampr in every NATURAL MP REGEN.

    it doesn't.
    they are completely different stats,
    but both are affected by MaxMP.

    Is there a base ailment resistance against boss, so when you have max MTL (75%) AND THE BASE AILMENT is 25% resist making it 100% ailment resist?

    base ailment resist is 0 :p
    you have the get the remaining 25% from equipment.

    What would you recommend for the rest of 25% ailment resist from? I have no ideas :(

    Gas mask is a cheap one, +15% ailment resist, scale armor(iirc) for +10%ailment resist,if you don't mind missing your hits often, festival sword gives you +10% ailments resist plus 500mp=5ampr+mp pool. The optimum one, but a bit pricey, would be mushroom cap for +20% ailments resist. Other than that you can get it from avatar stats

    Also, seraph xtal gives you +3% ailments resist, and its normal xtal so you can get max +12% resist with 4 equipments slots

    Since this thread is about stat, I want to ask about HIT stat, cause crit gears does cost a lot, I wonder if I can build a knuck with AGI DEX instead of popular AGI STR CRT? Will I have enough accuracy to fight high lv bosses? Thanks in advance.

    Edit: after lurking with my low connection, I found that the HIT questions were answered in page 4, thanks

    the base Guard Power is actually 0!
    only Heavy Armor gets 25

    Sir can u add the stat equivalent for stats. For example
    1agi=2 flee/2atk/2aspd

    But what i wanted to know is the
    Dex=hit/accuracy
    Dex=atk
    In katana

    flee and aspd from agi depends on the armor type.
    there is a very detailed explanation of attack growth for each weapon in @TheXIIIthGuy 's Tome of Offense.
    and now that @mayam has made the Tome of defense, which also includes ailments, i have no reason to maintain this guide any longer :p

    One question about Absolute Dodge%, its work like Evasion Rate? I tested before with Angel Halo MD that have +15% Dodge, +10 absoulte dodge% and +20% Evasion Rate in Iconos. My flee was 271 and Abs.Dodge% dont affect this.

    Absolute Dodge and Absolute Accuracy have their own mechaninc, therefore they will not change the FLEE and HIT stat on your stat screen.

    Do you have any idea how they work? Especially about Absolute Dodge% and why Titeres is more expensive.

    Absolute Dodge and Absolute Accuracy have a fixed chance of activating and guarantee you to dodge/hit an attack.
    Titeres is most likely more expensive because it's secret boss from the summer event and won't return until next year.
