damage bonus applies to the casting range, so even if the target moves into short range, it counts as long range if the skill was activated at long range distance.

 

Question: which dagger is best for str dagger builds, odd shaped knife vs antique knife

 

Tri stat character - Str=int (or dex) > Agi (or dex) with Sword (or staff or knuckle) and dagger

 

Odd shaped knife if you can work out with its nega.

 

Well def and mdef aren't that useful anyway looks as though I need to farm nure

 

Uhhh tbh they do when its lower than 200points though you will just take 3% more dmg at most its still better than xtas like ms.

Isnt poison dagger dmg scale with int now..

 

skill damage of poison dagger is based on dagger atk, your atk and your INT. but it's just 1 hit and not as strong as others, it's main feature is poison.
poison damage is 50% DEX and 1% atk, so STR has the least effect on it.

the actual effects of dagger skills didn't change, they just added a small damage bonus for certain stats.

 

What's the proc rate of amazing throw pls

How did u get shell break if u can only equip 1h for main and dagger for secondary? I'm rookie so idk much

 

You can use Shellbreak with any weapons and subwep

i was thinking of getting trigger slash » gatling (save) » and so on, but erased that thought since 80% damage reduction makes it easteful.

i find it also that the action speed of gatling is slow (can also be fixed with swift, but the mp consumption still hurts).

 

You can try this simple 100 mp combo:
Astute, spiral air (save), trigger(cons), gatling (smite), knife throw (cons)

 

Gatling knife should never be your main Damage dealer.. Yes it can damage near tempest but.. Not enough to give you attacker rank. Its Ampr is so low even quickdraw wont catch up.. Casting it would leave you open for dead even using trigg.slash or haste.. Its full of cons.. And not remarkable at any ways for my opinion.

 

Unless you try a long range dmg, if it's not safe enough for you. But do what fits your battling style, for me I love long combos. Lol
