yes+no friends(true friends yes) others need to earn it.my guilds small but I trust them I had to kick one guildie which I saw there true colours in advance no names.but...I was disappointed in them...
anyway my point is alertness to how ppl behave can and will stop this kinda stuff

 

I agree , even if same guild u dont automatically trust someone, Remember most recruits at one time were random, i dont trust any of my guildies till like 2-3 weeks after they join or if they have a good forum status .

ohh he's too young but he's like an old man that doesn't know what to do in his life. i mean, why would he even scam in a game ? he could just play for fun or something.

 

yes, it was my fault that i got scammed and i know that at least. i learned my lesson not to trust people so easily and of course to be aware of things always.

 

One of the most important rules in guilds when you first invite them is
1.) DON'T trust them right away

Yeah they might be apart of your guild now, but that doesn't mean trust them right away. Think about it. Scamming is really simple in games and if you don't pay close attention you can potentially get scammed yourself. Never trust someone you just met. Same concept as if you where to talk to a stranger.

 

yes, i'll keep this in mind if ever there is someone new in guild or someone offered stuffs in town.

Months for me.

 

I saw him in eng ch like 10min ago, shouting in chat like " I'm not done yet i have the best C.arm and no one can ever stop me from scamming"

I know this guy .-. I gave him 21k for tattered catalogs LOL it was a minor setback but I eventually got the catalogs I needed from board ^^ (expect him to come back in pieces ^^#) :3

 

Gave someone who got scammed from him 350k since I felt bad for him especially since he was and to be scammed is f**ked up ._.

 

I remember him. Someone invited to guild one day then saw them leave later. As VGM at the time I asked what happened. Turns out the person who invited them and another person had lost:
An Ooze Staff
An Ooze Armor
An Eerie Crystal Armor
Some other stuff that got lost in chat .-.
I couldn't really help since I'm a bit more of an info dealer then a guy with money, but I later managed to help farm some of it back :/

 

My younger sister said he's still lurking around in English channel, Government Office. He also tried to scam her by saying "I want to see your armor". Well, let's just say that all he got from her are two Nopes.

 

My guildies and I have never been scammed in game, but these scammers' mere existence irks us.

This was yesterday. Just moments after being warned about him/her:


JFC. WHY CAN'T ASOBIMO PERMANENTLY BAN SCAMMERS? WHY IS THIS SCAMMER STILL AROUND UNTIL NOW?! Good job Asobimo

 

Aight, Lemme run down some things on why Deathxgu is getting ridiculous and why others are still fooled by him.

• People like to get sht done quickly and fast, Hence that's a scammers main weapon, And it works %75 of the time
• Nobody heeds to those warning swarms that go off like wildfire in the shout when a scammer is spotted.
• ^ Just like this point here, Same applys for Forums. I know that not everyone in toram uses the forums. But I sure hell know that Alot of them use fb and Can someone tell me if Scammers also pop up in Facebook?
• People are way too damn gullible for their own good.

 

We don't deal with these risky players too as we can do stuff our own, but we're worried with others especially newbies. We've seen some players suddenly quitting the game just because they got scammed which is just sad esp when they haven't fully explored good stuff in the game (diff story ofc if they quit bec too busy irl or wanna have more bonding time with non-gamer friends/family).

 

Asobimos main priorities now are making money, And porting things over. So pretty much they could care less about scammers going around.
