Deceiving Foreign Players!?

Well, an MMORPG made in Japan, could be available to America. Take Toram for example. Wherever that MMORPG has originated, players within that area receive updates first. So Toram players in Japan, receives an update before Toram players in America, and that is fine. Although, lately I believe that a lot of MMORPG's have began to lie. There have been companies of a game that release content to foreign players years later than when they are actually suppose to have received it. (That's like the creators of AOT showing episode 1 of season 2, then a day later, they tell everyone that the rest of the episodes will be released in 3030.) Not really furious about this, I know there is a long process behind this, it is not easy. Although I'm sure it wouldn't take 3+ years... Or would it? (Not talking about Asobimo)

 

Ah you have probably heard that old time rumor of the Japanese servers getting updated first, sorry but it's false. Toram online is a completely international app in a way, the Japanese servers is only different to the other servers in the fact that they have events that isn't in the other servers. An example is toram first anime co-op event that ran in December. It was only available to the Japanese servers.

There is also the fact that the Japanese servers have a connection to the international one, we would definitely notice if Japanese players come to the international with unknown armors and it wouldn't be weird if some of those armors ended up at the all world consignment board. But that would mean that English server players also have to have access to the new armors and things wouldn't works out since "it wasn't supposed to come out yet" for English and other players. In the end asobimo have to/can only update all servers at the same time.

Hard to describe all this so it may seem jumbled.
