I decided to avoid using a sword with magic (for now) and i went to build a classic (yeah if we can say that) mage, just focusing on support role.
aside from getting a couple of skills in magic tree (arrows javelin and mp charge) i went for priest skills but now i don't know which trees to get to go full support build (no tanking).
    So my few doubts are:
    1. Which trees aside magic and priest i should take if i consider i will use staff + shield? (using wings as substitute till i have more cspd as of now if you find me in game lol)
    2. Should i keep focusing on Int as main stat? or switch to something else after i reach a certain number?
    3. If I find myself alone, can I use both mercenaries and pets and the last ones have an utility even if just as meat shields?
    4. For gear and stuff, what do I do? Craft it myself or find someone selling it? Should I need a lot of other characters for crafting stuff?
    5. ....And if I need to buy gear and MORE IMPORTANT GET SKILLS HOW do I even make spina? Income right now is 0 as in 0 divided by 0, I could break the server by how bad I am doing on this
PS anniversary equipment is nice btw, but anniversary cloth how do i even get it as lvl 45-ish?! :notlikethis::swiftrage:

    1. Hp boost from survival skills?
    2. Max int then move on
    3. Why not
    4. I suggest farm for now
    5. Make Spina through farming, use the Mage skill storm ( use magic device when farming it's easier that way)

if u r going full support and not more into dps moves

move stat points into vit too
just have enough int so u can kill spinna fetching mobs
support is not supposed to die

shield skills have aegis protection and guardian
    and shield cannon for stuns
and I think there is not that much need for custom gears if u r going support

You say you have mage skills and priest skills, but uhm will you be getting the support tree? :D The top part of support tree has mini heal, recovery, and sanctuary. Those are skills helpful to the party. Survival skills are just for you, but pretty much everyone gets hp boost since it adds around 1k HP. It makes you much less squishy. Good luck with your build!

    survival skills is a must.
for more healing spells, look into support skills, from shield skills get Protection and Aegis.
MD sub weapon does NOT give you any effect if your main weapon is a staff. (except for -15%atk :p)
if you meant that you switch your main weapon between staff and MD, stop doing that and choose one.
weapon switching is not intented, at least when you learn secondary skills, like shield skills, some skills become unusable when you switch weapons :p
also, if you check the newly added skill info, you will notice how the staff weapon gets a nice + in healing power ;)
you should always look for something else when you need it.
get DEX for cast speed and raise VIT for HP if you die too fast.
raise STR for attack power when using Holy Fist.
when you reach lv40, you can select a personal stat. get MNT for status resistance :)
yes, you can summon 1 pet, 1 of your other characters and 1 other player's character.
the NPC blacksmith will craft it for you.
    just bring the materials.
production skills are completely optional and not better than what the NPC can do.
the only difference is that it doesn't cost money which is most rewarding for equipment synthesis and refining.
(but it takes time and effort to make those characters, so don't do it unless you always wanted to be a smith, alchemist or whatever.)
everything dropped by monsters can be sold at the general store.
you get dayly emblems for doing quests which add up to 1000 spinas for 6 quests.
monsters in guild maze drop coins, which have the most value.
you can also trick other players into giving you their money for items which they could have collected by themselves.
weapons and armors dropped from monsters cannot be traded, but hats and rings can.
some of them are unique to monsters and cannot be crafted ;)
    you can't :(

I am still baffled by the need of using sword skill tree for atk buff Athena o_O

Yeah but I think only ultimate difficulty?

Do I need to take skill tree for that? Or just getting a pet from someone else by buying works? (My guess: I need the skill)

    buying the pet works

does it really drops on ultimate difficulty the box

war cry always takes the support rank
but def buffs r the main priority
and most peeps(swords.. bows & Halberd) have warcry in their combos

you just need to own land (buy it once for 10.000 spinas), then you can have pets.
you don't even have to buy them, stray pets will come to you and you can tame them by feeding.

It's pretty much the only decent atk buff atm. It's one of the support skills that many like. More use it now though since cast time was changed. It wasn't always instant cast.
