Dual Sword : Phantom slash + (evasion for solo) build

i made this build, i think it will be good for solo, but it good for pt too
why flashblast? flast blast lv1-10 give you 2.5% atk
why lv3 shadow step? every 1 level of shadow step give you 10 crit rate, i need 30 additional crit rate so my phantom can always crit, and lower the mp cost to 3mp
why ds control and ds mastery always lv10? because it gives -crt rate and -accuracy if you don't make it lv10, so it's a must

To that I say

You forgot a small factor: stability. Yes, it actually matters here. The difference of average main hand damage between 255 DEX/67 STR and 255 STR/67 DEX is 136*Phantom_multiplier in favour of DEX! Why? Because with the second setup, you have max stability (I also suppose you always crit with both). That combined with DEX's growth is what makes it win.
Now, for offhand damage, it's up in the air especially after the change, but AGI's attack growth is so colossal that it should easily outweigh STR when combined with DEX (brb finding a @Cypherian summoning scroll for confirmation).

 

Full STR DW builds partnered with Crit is a homage to Halberds anti-Ray stat allocation.
It focuses more on damage and Spam damage.
With only full str, your main and sub hand most likely deal the same damage given that it has the same atk, and refinement, and if sub has element.
I still dont know if STR or Dex affects sub weapon stability.
Arewzo's build is mostly STR crit iirc.
So it with a good set up. STR Crit equals Dex Agi and Dex Str Builds.
What full Str lacks, makes up for its Stability and Cdmg.
But STR Crit is a stagnant build. And will deteriorate the more level caps we get.
As i have always said.
Crit is a temporary stat that instead of adding more, you will take away more from it the higher the cap we get.
Full STR build scaling for DW is slower compared to Builds that prioritize Dex and AGI.

 

I mean damage wise, i agree with dex better with stability since 200 dex = 15% and 200str = 5%
That's why my video at roga only 9k, actually i can hit 11k at roga, but i didn't record it that time
And i already tried 242 str vs 242 dex vs 242 agi (the rest crit to make sure it crit), i just give damage wise result(twin slash skill), the result is str>agi>dex
If you matter the stability then go dex, but it doesn't bother me, 85% stab is enough for me xD

 

I think if i put str>dex or str>agi the damage will get better, but it won't be my build since it will not 100% crit my main damager skill xD

anyone test on full dex/ full agi / dex>agi>str for dmg wise in phantom slash hghest damage record?
(well i hav Dex>agi>str>vit>crit highest dmg got for phantom slash is 5K. since im still a noob after 3 month hahah....well nrvmind)

 

My agi only can do 5k damage on phantom, but good at twin xD, didn't try phantom on dex since i don't have phantom dex build

Im a Loyal Dual user and i found that if you keep the stats balanced duals can pack some serious DPS. My current stat is 161(STR) 61(AGI) 61(DEX) 41(VIT)<---- vit for longer integrity. With this build i Rank mostly 1st and sometimes 2nd in attacker rank i sometimes get players asking me about my stats or combos because i out DPS them. my older Builds were 250 str, 35 dex, 35 agi,(great DPS EVEN STRONGER THAN FULL STR, BUT LACKS SPEED AND HIT RATE) and my other was 141 str, 91 dex, 91agi, (DMG IS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN MY CURRENT BUILD AND HAS NICE ASPD AND A GOOD HIT RATE.)

 

If you talking about hit rate, crit = never miss xD

 

Never thought Full Str can deal decent amount of DPS.
I tried it on my DW, was amaze how much damage it can do specially IF Prorated.

After remaking my 10th time, it looks like you are right. I never seen my dw can be dps as i was full dex. I also using a 1mp combo trick and i see my twin sword hitting 10k at lvl 40. lol
