Dual Wield Lvl 3 Skills Explanation

u can try twin slash + Flash blast, and Twin slash without flash blast damage? i have no char slot to test it TT

 

From what I've seen watching Cypherian's videos, spinning slash can do insane amounts of damage if you can keep the boss or w/e you're fighting inside of it's ring of AoE damage

 

I do have a twin slash+flast blast tempest character i didnt notice any increase at all. Or maybe thats just me.
Twin slash is the only Question for me now. Coz i did some research on some toram website wiki but it doesnt says there that its an unsheathe skill.

and... For Phantom Slash... Can boss inflicted by Freeze? how's the freeze chance?

 

It always freeze the target. I believe.

Well i guess it's good for safe tag then....

 

If for DPS and tagging it with save. You will jst make your combo long. Normal cast i believe is 4secs thats for just 1skill (phantom slash)

 

mm.... what about for break and tank rank? is it good for doing 6 combo with phantom safe tag?

Also, one thing to note is that dodge/evasion and Cross Parry do not work well together. Proof: at 2:29, in your video, you evaded (if you evade while casting a skill, the "Evasion" icon does not show and you keep casting, but you still take no damage), thus you didn't get Cross Parry's buff.
Also, Shadowstep/Trigger Slash and Flash Blast + Evasion do not work well: casting Flash Blast does not remove the SStep/Trigger buff, but I've noticed that the evasion effect of Flash Blast uses it.

 

Yes it is not good to be used by builds that rely on agi or high evade, this was meant.for those who focused on dex str and maximize damage amd little survivability because they do not dodge and evade as much as they do.

I think self cast buffs do not get affected by shadow step and.trigger slash, because i have noticed before.while.casting warcry while on trigger buff, it does not consume trigger. Although the flash blast eva attack might be a bug. It was meant more of a counter attack than an active attack

 

Can i use shadow step even im not using dual sword?
