Due to servers being down, I attempted to reinstall the game to see if it would work...

Now it turns out that I shouldn't have done that. I forgot to back it up to an account, so now I can't log in to my character. My ign is VennDH, and I'm level 46(?), have a guild, a house, and would be heartbroken to lose all of that. Is there anybody that can help me?

 

Pray you registered your account and sumbited it, you can email them but unsure if they can retrieve it, if you didnt sumbit. But worth a try bro bro feel sorry.

 

Same thing happened to me. I emailed them and have not gotten a response yet. Meanwhile I just started another account. Their FAQ says that you can contact them if you can't access your unsubmitted account. But I imagine that they are overflowing with support tickets with the server being down over the weekend.
