Dyed item went wrong

So I managed to dye my entire armor white a c b when I dyed my additional gear sandosa hat it took the appearance of the original item? So I don't know what exactly happened. Followed same exact steps. Did it twice same results wasted 100k

 

if you don't "lock" the appearance to Sandogasa it will turn out random.

you could also do multiple steps and synthesize the Sandogasa appearance or the white dye on both items. then synthesize them together.
if both items have the same app or dye you don't need to lock it because either result will be the same.

Did everything right spent 100k then a guild member tells me that I need a 3 lock service

 

How do you lock something?

 

When you are synthesizing, you move the arrows to the desired saved thing. For ex: the dyes you pick with the arrows will be locked as well as the appearance.
