Error Code -1... What to do?

Hey guys. I'm a new player. My friends are playing this game and I decide to join them but after downloading the game and creating a character an Error Code -1 appeared. I saw a post with the same title but there were no info on how to go about this error. I need help.

 

try this things:
clear cache
restart game for a couple times
reinstalling the game
try to switch network

 

Have u tried turning it on and off?

This error is a result of your device not being able to establish any connection to any toram server that's valid to your device. My 1st suggestion would be to disable any settings that restrict background data. One possible problem is that Toram is asking for authentication(log you in) to the servers but can't, because a necessary background process cant use data. if this doesnt work, you do the whole clear cache-retry-toram-and-if-it-still-wont-work-uninstall-reinstall-toram.

 

Apparently my phone is not good enough to run this game but I a tablet and I was able to play.
