Failed to log in due to unknown error.

    I have only one technical difficulty, but it is bad enough I'm not allowed to log in. As soon as in the loading screen it says, logging in and supposedly finishes, the game replies with; Failed to log in due to unknown error, please contact our website for support. I am in need of some assistance please.

    Have you not seen the countless other threads? Alot of people are experiencing this issue.
    The Servers are down.

    I also created an account on the forums because I needed that question answered. However, unknown errors, like the one countless others through the years have experienced, seems to happen fairly often. (The earliest seems to be from 2015) I mean there are alot of little threads refering to the same problem but none of the answers they give (reset data, restart device, reinstall app ect) seems to work. After digging through the fourms for a bit I found this. It seems logical enough that the servers are down. If that is the case, would you happen to know when or have a guess to when it will be fixed? What of some are experiencing different complications with similar effects? Has the error been fixed already and I'm just an unlucky joe who has to restart the game from scratch?

    No update regarding the incident. However we do know that Asobimo's tech and customer services dont work during weekends. So they will be resolving the current issue at hand tomorrow the earliest. Keep dem fingers crossed xD
