Fear in the Underground Channel

    I'm trying to do this quest but it says insufficient progress. What other things need to be done in order to get to this quest?

    You have to finish your story mission first, I think as far as beating Genspent.

    Sorry for the misleading information, its been a looong loong long time ago. I didn't realize it was a side boss.
    But the point is, you have to do your MQ further whenever you see an "insufficient progress" on side quest. :p

    i guess you have to defeat Excavated Golem in the Underground Ruins in the story quest :)
