Full 255 TEC combat-class choices for leveling? Finale?

Would having high constants with finale be acceptable for general farming? I probably mean that most bosses at hard diff dont really need a tank soo

Or is the tank path is superior? Any other combatant choices? The smithy gotta level too y'know?

 

I can 1hit kill just with finale on all boss aroung lvl 1 to 80 on hard diff just with 1 int stat
Finale is bae,its really make easier to lvl up on bs tech or luck
Idk if tank path never try it ,i think that will be hard cause your def so soft due to not pure vit stat and burn more revita

 

Tried crossfire on my tec, it was really bad. Imo Finale is better. Aggro problem? Use dia staff, biscuit knife, & dk amulet= - 95%aggro. But, i have queen staff? Dude please you are a tec, let the other guys do the real damage. But, how about the 300 aggro while casting? Do not worry the only (was) main damage dealer skill that you will out-aggro is only strike stab with its 2mp cost.

About the 300aggro, it may or may not be confirmed but sure is a good place to start with. Anyone recall a tempest 2h using sneak? I dont, and i took aggro from him after 3 tempests. (But the boss is ifrid, some bosses have wonky aggro mechanics i observed. Ifrid dosnt follow normal aggro mechanics)

 

I'm trying to cap my own TEC/DEX char without NC (coz I'm always broke). Currently 141, but its still a tough path.
The way i've done it is with a strong vampiric pet (who spams 8mp skills to DPS/heal itself/hold aggro). I stay far back and constantly pump the pet with MP.
Recently I added tumble (via lvl 10 Powershot) and Chakra to the mix for more party utility.

My spammed 0.5mp combo (bow/arrow):
Moeba -> Pet MP (save) -> Powershot (swift) -> Chakra (swift)
Powershot seems quite key for the pet because a tumble proc opens a chance for it to use attack skill, when sometimes the pet AI is badly stuck trying to avoid boss AOEs.

So far, no-one has complained about my frequent use of Chakra

If i was to do it again, I may go for this 0mp combo (Staff/knux)
Bless -> Pet MP (Save) -> Sonic Wave (swift) -> Chakra (swift)
... for the 1mp party regen (instead of 0.5)!

 

Another option could be Staff Fu Low-Aggro Chariot spammer, with an initial cap of 150 str.
Either Bloom of Peace with -100% aggro (low atk though) or Dia staff with -50% aggro (needs other -aggro equipment).
You won't be taking any attacker ranks but you'd be safely at the back blasting away unnoticed, for a fair amount of dmg.
Meikyo -> Chariot... Meikyo -> Chariot... MP Charge -> Maximizer... repeat!

 

Pardon me but do u fight with others players or solo with pet? Speaking of ur dex, why no crossfire? Yup it does sound super rough xddddddd

Nice idea and wish too, yet somehow people shouting lfm cf or fnl... Yeah thats just the meta i guess.

 

With my pet, i usually shout for 2 more in MY party. They are free to leave if they don't like my chakra spam. I also have no sp to invest in Crossfire at this point...

True. Full TEC can't really be expected to deliver high DPS so perhaps consider other routes... How about a (100cap) Vit Tank? Tanks are always in demand, and you don't need full VIT to be a decent one.

 

My main char is bow so that my bs tech/ dex using impact-snipe, and no one complain

Sorry i may not be meta player but i'll complain. Your lv3 skills for 150k-ish compared to gunfu chariot+chakra, i might never pt with u but imma guess ur attacker bar gonna be...bit low. Unless u forgot to mention crossfire then you're forgiven xdddddd

Rampage, kaikiri, shukuchi, chrono, beserk, hidden arm, amazing throw, double stab.

Just a quick update for anyone interested... I made it!
My full TEC char reached Lvl 150, purely via boss levelling (and wasn't too hard to join random pts too).
In the end it came down to 3 (support) skills (total 33sp):

• Lvl 1 Chakra (11sp) - spammed before/during/after battle to keep everyone topped up on MP
• Lvl 10 Brave aura (12sp) - significant atk boost for others (and made the build rather fun to play, instead of boring/repetitive. Try staying close and keeping aura up against Dusk Machina!)
• Lvl 10 First Aid (10sp) - surprisingly useful as many others are running squishy dps builds, who die a lot

Feel free to try this out...

1)Soo no need to max chakra because main purpose is to recover mp not for defense buff?

2)Were u still running the same pet combos or using full player pts? U also didnt mention snipe/crossfire in ur original post soo now im curious xdddddd. Just supporting till the end or assistance dps?

1 - For Chakra, I only had lvl 1. That is enough for the max amount of mp recovery
2 - From BG and up, I started shouting 'lfp support chakra spam - free mp~!', and it didn't take long to receive random pt invites. That got me in the door, and then the significant boost from Brave Aura also prevented the katana/snipers from kicking me. . So yeah, pure support.
