If I use this build,will my pubes spike up like a super saiyan's too?
What happens to them when I go ssj3?

 

Yes your pubes will spike up. When you go ssj3 you will grow bananas in your lower regions. This will result in piercing your cloths.

Do I get both heavy and light armor because of next patch's dual wielding armors?

 

If your talking about armor itself choice either one.
If your talking about the skill you have to get both. Without it the Goku build won't be buff.
