Good class atm?

Between 2h and archer which one is cheaper to make?

 

I don't really have first hand experience with 2h, but I do with archers. My archer had been dealing decent damage for being underequipped. And now with crossfire has been dealing high damage. 1s armor with old stats (+10 type with 7%dex) and a +D low atk bowgun. Only 1 atk boost xtal(York) and that's it. He is a gun-fu type as well. Right now try getting the new weapons, the dia bow and bg and refine to as high as you can(+8/9 if you don't have a blacksmith in that account as those weapons are untradable). I recommend trying to eventually make a blacksmith to refine untradable equipment to +D/C.

 

Equipments wise kinda the same, acd7cd15 for 2h is more expensive while general a7ccdcc15 is cheaper to stat. If ur archer has enough crt then just adjust for higher dmg. But y'know, its just a one-time investment thing soo yeah.

Revita wise tho, archer wins hands down. 2h is melee class, nuff said. Archers however can utilize short combos with decoy ampr to maintain survivability. Neither class should ever use long combos for hard bosses.

How odd that this happened to my finales too somehow. Aren't they physical proration or somethin?

 

I've a 1h+Shield Build, Damage mostly from buster blade. it's not exactly the best, but throw in p.def, rampage and buster you have good survivability and decent damage. but you ain't going to beating crossfires or finales in damage.
Occasionally can keep up with a 2h, but I prefer to use NPC gear, so the damage isn't as high as it can be.

I suppose they are supposed to be. Its just something I noticed when in different parties at Deniala. When I have 2 archers and any other class I deal less damage with finale. When its only one archer and other classes I deal decent damage. Some of those parties with 2 archers that I deal less damage I also have an halberd or samurai or 1/2h user(not tanky) and sometimes another mage. Its odd.

 

A proposed theory: they used the 'short combo+super decoy ampr' style. Meaning they didnt start AA prorating and started using this style from start to end. Decoy recovers super mp soo no need use AA.

At least thats from me observations ja.

 

It could possibly be that, just that some of them may not be adding to proration with their clone doing most of the attacking for their ampr so some of them may be attacking less and it just becomes noticeable when there's two in pty.

 

katan new skills forcing players to spam just to get tht dmg multiplier buff. spamming lead to broken prot > haters > kicked > thrash-talk. n rite now im thinking of "killing" my katan char n born a new pew pew on my alt qwq

Yeah, but more as an area clearance rather than a DPS. I'd say a 1h is super versatile while a 2h has a lot of power at the cost of some versatility.
