Guard Break and Break effect from Martial Arts

    Hello guys! n.n
    I recently made a tank/brawler and I'd like to know something. Are guard break effect from stron chase and the break effect from shell break the same?

    Guardbreak renders the target unable to gaurd atks and increases your chance of landing a crit on said target
