Guild Vs Guild Tournament, February 2017

SYSTEM : TORAM GUILD TOURNAMENT I 2017
1. Using GvG battle system where 1 guild is represented by 7 persons with different class. In this case there are 7 different class that is invited to join this tournament, they are :
a. 1H
b. 2H
c. DS
d. Bow/Bowgun
e. Staff
f. Knuckle
g. Spear

2. GvG battle system (direct elimination) :
a. 1H vs 1H 3x battle (winner get 1 point for guild)
b. 2H vs 2H 3x battle (winner get 1 point for guild)
c. DS vs DS 3x battle (winner get 1 point for guild)
d. Bow/bowgun vs bow/bowgun 3x battle (winner get 1 point for guild)
e. Staff vs staff 3x battle (winner get 1 point for guild)
f. Knuckle vs knuckle 3x battle (winner get 1 point for guild)
g. Spear vs spear 3x battle (winner get 1 point for guild)

3. Scoring :
The scoring is done by counting point accumulation that is gained in 3x battles with all rank system (attacker, breaker, and tank)

Example :
-The first battle : A vs B (A get rank as the best attacker and the best breaker, while B got rank as best tanker. In this case, A gain 2 points and B gain 1 point.)
-The second battle : A vs B (A get rank as the best attacker while B got rank as best breaker and the best tanker. In this case, A gain 1 point and B gain 2 points.)
-The third battle : A vs B (A get rank as the best attacker, the best breaker and the best tanker. In this case, A gain 3 point and B gain 0 point.)

Total points that is gained by A : 6 (guild gain 1 point)
Total points that is gained by B : 3 (guild gain 0 point)

Result : A gain an absolute victory and get one point for guild.

4. The scoring for each guild is counted based on :
a. The highest point that is gained in the tournament. (This is to determine the first winner, second winner, third winner, fourth winner, and fifth winner)
b. Every supporter that arrives in the match arena, either from the participant guild or the other guild can vote for one favorite guild (you can tell committee through whisper). One person can only vote once for one guild. (This is to determine the favorite winner)

Btw, when is the deadline for costume contest ? The picture says 20/04/2017, means 20 April 2017? sounds very far for the deadline...
