This idea isn't groundbreaking or anything new but newcomers could use it in my opinion. This build is not for seasoned Toramers, just for new players wanting to make spina from statting and refining, as well as dyeing I guess. So don't make fun of my gear choise >~<
This build will require lots of time, since it requires you to reach lvl cap, but I promise its very juicy, spina wise, so decide for yourself.

    Requiements:
    1. A lvl150 char (I recommend Rampage based 2H and Zantei based Katana for doing this if you want to dps. Best and most stable option to reach 150 without lvl4 skills is to Tank, but you will always need parties after lvl90 ish so there's that.)
    2. Queen Staff, great for boosting matk, compensating for the 255 TEC. You can use the first character to Farm it.
    3. Shampy Doll, nuff said (+1500 HP, potentially +2500 HP) Also use the first char to farm it.
    4. Luk>Int or Int>Luk mage to farm mats...

    Stat Distribution.
First you will need to put 160 points into INT. After doing so you will have enough Finale dps to carry you all the way to Wandering Wheel.
After that all the stat points go into TEC. Once TEC is full you will have around 7 or 8 free stat points, I would highly suggest to put them into INT instead of DEX or VIT.

    Skill Points Distribution.
This should be the order by which you learn skills. Because first of all you need to be combat effective to level, and by the time you reach lvl cap, you will have learned all the spina making production skills already.
From Priest tree learn Holy Fist lvl1 or Smash lvl1 from Martial tree if you don't have their stargems, you will need one to be combo ender.

Have a look at the Skill Tree list first.

    1. Magic Skills, total 77 SP spent. (great thing about finale is that it's soo noob friendly lol)
I put Javelin at 10 because later on you will need to sub Arrow instead of Shield to inflict ailments... rip Max HP T~T.

    Magic arrow - 5, Javelin - 10, Lances - 5, Impact - 7, Finale - 10.
    Magic mastery - 10.
    MP Charge - 10, Chain Cast - 5, Power Wave - 5, Maximizer - 10.

    2. Shot Skills, total 15 SP spent.
I know Finale bypasses Sneak but most parties will generate more than Finale's bypassed 300 aggro (correct me if I'm wrong here I'm still confused about that)
    Shot Mastery - 5, Sneak Attack - 10.

    3. Shield Skills, total 25-35 SP spent.
    Shield Mastery - 5, Force Shield - 10, Magic Shield - 10.
Optional but strongly advised against, Shield Bash - 5/6/7/8/9/10

    4. Survival Skills, total 15 SP spent.
    Safe Rest? (forgot the name.. ) - 5, HP Boost - 10.

    5. Battle Skills, total 10 SP spent.
    Magic Up - 10.

    6. Smith Skills, total 55 SP spent.
    Refine - 10, Mid Class Refine - 10, HighClass Refine - 10.
    Create Equip - 5.
    Customize Equip - 10, Other Customize Equip - 10.

    7. Alchemy Skills, total 16 SP spent.
In my build I only had enough sp for 100 alchemy proficiency. You can reallocate some points if you need 150 proficiency for a 4 lock. Since you have maxed Tec, gear synthesis success rate won't be a problem, that's why the skill is only lvl1.
    Craft Item - 5.
    Novice Bottle - 10.
    Synthesise Equip - 1.

Finally you will have spent 214 skill points, 215 if you got Holy Fist or Smash and not invested into Shield Bash. The reason is mage has crappy accuracy so stunning with your mage becomes nearly impossible, since mages have base crit rate lol.

    Now for the combo.
    1. Finale combo, for ender you need Holy Fist or Smash, both lvl1. Since we are a long range Snipe type Dps we rarely do short range combat, that's why ender will not activate.
    Impact>Finale(Smite)>ender(Cons)
    2. Very important, at the start of every fight cast Sneak Attack. Wait until a physical party member hits your target first. Idk if its effective but with my Tecchie mage I also do Fake attack right before casting Sneak, it became a habit...

    Equipments.
You don't need any expensive xtals, just refining here is important.

    Staff.
    - Queen Staff, refine is high as possible for you. (If you don't have Q. Staff, get a 3rd Anniv Staff with im7% refined depending on your budget.)

    Armor.
    - Holy Robe, im7%, refine depend on you, not as important as staff refine, but still recommend higher refine level.

    Additional.
    - Fairy Hat, for +800hp and +4% matk, refine up to your taste.

    Special.
    - Philosopher Ring, HP+400 xtal.
    - Beast Fang Talisman, MP +250 xtal, if you dont have Queen Staff.

    Shield.
    - Shampy Doll, also refine up to your taste.

    Arrow.
Finale isn't affected by element so don't worry about Finale dmg decrease if bosses in future have opposing (stronger) element.
    - Ice arrow, for inflicting slow with javelin.
    - Ceramic arrow, for inflicting paralysis.

I think that's it really. BTW I'm doing this from my phone, while waiting for my next orientation session at college lol

Yep. Enjoy the calm before the storm! When you're in the midst of it I doubt you'll have time to be anxious. ^^/

    @Pianist

Arrow only affects Javelin Ailment if your main weapon is Bow or Bowgun.
