HELP: Beginner lvl 100 BS TECH needs you!

First of all, thank you for reading this. I created a bs tech (lvl100-250tech) and I cant do the formulas posted here. It says in the post lvl 130-140, can I not do stat customizing? I really want it to happen so I can gear up my full lukmage since it struggles because of lack of damage. While I posted this i'm also trying to search the forums. Thank you very much and thats all.

This is where you should start with. Sadly, you cant get anyone to answer questions on there anymore. Just look thru this thread above, then click the link provided in there when you can do +11 stats.

It would be similar to your luk mage but with at least 250 Int and Tec secondary stat for Staff crafting or Agi secondary stat if you want to craft high potential md as well
