[HELP!!] Luck Mage Build

    Hey Guys I'm currently working on a luck mage and have many questions about how the build is set up and how it works.
    Honestly Idk where to start so I'm posting this for everyone to jump in and give me their suggestions and personal experiences.

    I wanna know how should I go stat wise?
    Skill Tree?
    Gear stat suggestion?
    Can a Luck mage be built to survive?
    How Much does luck effect drop chance %
    What does luck help the best with i.e can it help drop Xtal better?


    Ps. This post is not only to help me but all other new members as myself, so please give as much insight as you can.
    yes I seen that post on here about Luk/Int but it's outdated and with the new cap things change.

    1. Depends on what you plan to farm. For Nisel Wood farming you don't need INT, you could go pure LUK, but for MMH farming you need it. Around INT 80 and the rest in LUK should do.
    2. Magic Lv3: Storm 10, Impact 10, MP Charge 10, Magic Mastery 10; Survival Lv2: Drop Rate UP 10, EXP Gain UP 10, HP Boost 10; Battle Lv1: Magic UP 10
    3. Empress Soul (drop; CSPD +500), Carp Streamer Hat (only during Golden Week event), Mining Bag (the rest of the year) & Philosopher's Ring with Golden Potum xtal.
    4. Yes it can survive. That's why you max HP Boost and as you want to spend the least points in INT stat you want to have Magic UP and Mastery maxed for that slight MATK compensation. You can also equip an INT +6/7/8 armor with Roga xtal (MaxHP +1k). INT +% is useless when you have the stat so low. You could also omit the Mining Bag's Luck +1% and equip a Hero Scarf which also gives you an extra 1k hp.
    5. Luck is such a random algorithm that's near impossible to analyze precisely. But I have reasons to think each 3.5 stat points in LUK is Luck +1%.
    6. Luck will increase the chances to get a better quality drop. Although it works with the percentage of the object/item. Let's say Flare Volg xtal has 0.44 chance to drop, Luck +100% will make it 0.88% chance to drop. Sounds absurd, but it's not. Say Bitter Nut has 33.33% chance of drop. Luck +100% will make it 66.66%. So you will notice an increment on common to semi-rare items due to the raw percentages of these being naturally higher, and you'll hardly notice an increment on the rarest drops. The passive skill Drop Rate UP grants you a chance to get an extra drop, for example you defeat Eerie, you get the normal drop, the rank drop (in case you get a rank), an achievement drop (in case you kill it in less than 10 seconds) and 10-25% chance to get the Drop Rate UP's extra drop.

    OK very straight forward and understandable but say I'm using the luck mage for strictly Mmh,Bs mats and dye what adjustments would you make to the build?

    u said farm xtal? i understand when i add mage luck to farm mmh for 50 stat point, but if gonna boss farming, is it not leecher? but maybe u can become supporter. ok if u want become luck supporter, maybe u can all stat full luck, skill all support skill tree, priest skill that heal overtime. equip : all add ur hp. vitaplus 2 or sakuramochi. ok the strategy is, when enter boss u go back and make distance, u cast any support skill, the most importan u keep ur friend alive with mini heal. like anime log horizon, u support ur friend. the name is luck mage support, u bring luck to ur all pt member for drop rate (cmiiw). good luck

    actually where we get number 10 luk stat is 1% or 4 luk stat is 1%?

    IMO exp gain lv 10 isnt worth it, i'd say bless lv 10 is more useful.

    Hey I have a question the mining bag only last the rest of the year? But I got it last year so dose that mean no more drop rate +1%?. Or is there a possibility that it will still work. Because i have noticed a lil difference when switching back and forward with my cearings and the mining bag at mmh farming.

    i think "the rest of the year" means it's available year round (applicable anytime)..

    Only worth late, since we can max int after we max luck.
    My luck build is 7 int rest to luck, after luck is maxed I can max int, while I have those 50 sp, but why bless? Unless new farming mobs get some new abilities and that stuff. I will be getting my int up so I don't need another luck farmer, however I won't farm mmh, I could but my inconsiderate amount of int means I'm leeching xd.
