Help with VitBS + tank

Hello all. I'm currently building my VitBS + tank. I need help in how to proceed to make it at least usable. This is what i have now:-

Stat- Vit 250, the rest Tec.

Equip:-
Wep- Toy Hammer [Nightmare Potum]
Shield- Dark General's Shield (drop)

Armor:-
Lil Empress Garb (no slot yet)
Finpen Wet Suit (1 empty slot)
Holy Robe (drop, no slot, not planning to use this)

Add- Charm Belt (drop, 1 empty slot)
Spec- Dark Fighter Bangle [MP+250]

Spare xtal available: Ifrid, Iconos (no Roga)

Blade Skill
Trigger Slash - 6
Rampage - 1
Buster Blade - 1
Quick Slash - 1 (in process of leveling for Warcry and Berserk)

Magic Skill
MP Charge - 1

Support Skill
Sanctuary - 10

Shield Skill
Shield Bash - 10
Guardian -10

Knight Skill
P. Defense - 10

Mononofu Skill
Shukuchi - 1

41 Point in Smith skill
All skill leading to those are level 5.

I need help in making this usable in short term and with budget alternative. Currently, I'm planning to put Ifrid on the Finpen wet suit, getting slotted Empress Garb (not sure what xtal for this), farming to get Candela II and Tapir and level to get Berserk. Obviously, this will take a while.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit: mistaken Berserk with Rampage on skill.

 

I think that is usable already, I think that trigger slash could be maxed out since rampage will get cancelled often plus it diminish your def/mdef, its alright for the aggro tho. Just don't max out the rampage if its for the ampr

 

Thanks. I'm planning to leave it at 1. Edited a few mistakes. It should be lvl 1 Berserk that I'm planning to get.
On the other hand, what item should i aim for? I'm on a very limited budget now.

 

Well, your gears is completed, really. I'm also using pretty much the same gears with some spares, other than toy hammer, I also use dark general sword for a low dodge rate bosses. Or maybe you can get an anniv sword with crate, crate%, Vit and aggro(idk if its possible tho). You can still break boss parts with decent break power

 

Also, get a spare imperial shield, It gives you 20% magic resist
