I invested a skill points to a support skill "Immunity".

The name is too "Misleading", it says it prevents your allies to have a status ailment.

I tested the skill for many times in Minotaur Boss Runs, and it always inflict my party members a burn and slow status.

I'm so super annoyed that I invested my skill points to a LITERALLY USELESS SUPPORT SKILL. It was even a level 3 Support skill. I waited for it then I only get that ZERO result?

That's the matter of person view. If you said it didnt help, you might not understand as well. All this skill have good way to use. The matter is laid on user itself and target. If you are a advance drug user, support skill is useless. If you are a DPS and tank, it can go in 1 way either.
Support player will have some build itself that needed to researches as well

I tried asking Devs what Immunity actually did, because the description didn't match. But it may be that it doesn't prevents those kind of ailments (ones that vaccines heal), but rather other kinds of ailments like interrupts (ie. Stun, flinch, tumble, ect.) And I noticed it reduces fractional damage as well.
Edit: devs said they could not disclose that information to me -.- for all the auras in support skill tree.

I wished I would avoided everyone about it and waited until Aya covered it in the skills thread... OH WELL!

Immunity acts as a second layer of protection against aliments. This means it doesn't add itself to your Aliment Resistance, but it acts as its own aliment prevention mechanism in case Aliment Resistance fails. At level 10, you have a 50% chance to prevent an aliment with it.
Let's take a small example (but before I go on, this is a heavily simplified version of how Aliment Resistance works):
    - If you have 0% Aliment Resistance, you have a 50% chance to prevent it with Immunity
    - If you have 50% Aliment Resistance, you either prevent it with those 50% or it goes through and you have to prevent it through Immunity; out of those 50% that passes through Aliment Resistance, you also have a 50% chance to prevent those with level 10 Immunity; this means you have a 25% chance to prevent aliments with Immunity, and a 75% chance to prevent aliments in general
    - If you have 100% Aliment Resistance, you will then prevent any aliments before Immunity gets to work, rendering it useless
The ONLY aliment that Aliment Resistance and Immunity cannot prevent is Flinch whenever you're using a skill that has a cast time (AKA yellow bar).
Ether Barrier acts as a final line of defense if both these methods failed to prevent Flinch. It's also the ONLY way to prevent being flinched while using a skill that has a cast time.
In your case, I can only say you've been getting the short end of the stick, because RNG is RNG and the skill doesn't SEEM bugged when we looked into it (it might be bugged and I might have skipped over something).

And no, Immunity DOES NOT affect Fractional Damage in any way.
