HOW DOES REFINING SERVICE WORK???

Hi guys, I got a friend in toram who got me into making a bs, so i made one. I meet him once in a while and hes always reciting : REFINING.....service....(dik the rest, too many symbols XD). So, i've been wondering how does it work cause ppl make lots of money off of it..

 

You need a full 255 Tec bs with the 3 refine skills max, ore and anti-degradation to do 0-B at least then a full 255 Luk character with at least 1 skill point in the first refine skill, ore and anti-degradation to do B-S refine. As for doing it as a service you first need clients that trust you because you have to equip the gear to refine it and only special gear in the equipment slots can't be refined.
