How the tamer skills work . If you are a tamer character what skills and stats? Focus on pets only and they battle? Or tamer just to catch?

Its a pokemon mixed with digimon class. You catch the monster with a weird pokeball, train it and pick skills. Then digimon it by fusing it with another to make it stronger and battle enemies.

i think its fine, you just need some weapon to hit those pet until has 10-20% of their HP
and it will be capture at 00:30-00:40 time mark's left.

since your Health will be over than 15K, its possible that you can catch even high level pet or dangerous terrain such as blazing gaben

Ah alright, as the user above me mentioned, you can catch one in battle. Alternatively, you could go to your land and catch those that wander into your area.

 

Best weapons to use as a tamer char are bow or staff as they get reduced charge time for pet charge and pet heal.

 

tamer skills are mostly for capturing pets. Pet MP charge and Pet Heal are for restoring the pet's MP and HP respectively.
So how it works is you craft a pet cage or buy from sololo(idk if others have it but it's quite cheap to craft so meh)
so you go to a monster, hit it until it's HP is as low as you can get it, and then use the taming skill. be sure not to kill the monster. once caught, you can take it to your land and let it out, making that pet yours for eternity(unless you send it away)

 

Pet taming skill can be augmented to any skill build if you just want a pet on your adventures, and have 25sp to spare. Since your pet only need hp and mp heal in the heat of the battle.
Most of the pet system can be opened when you own a land, both maintenance, modification, free pets and pet upgrades/fusions is done there. You can buy a pet of your choice on the board or feed the ones that stray in your land(it becomes yours if affection reach 35%).

If you want just to catch them to sell, it is recomended to max out all the first 5 skills for best quality and success in catching pets. Only catch is, once you let it out of your land you cannot shove it back in the cage to sell to other players.

If you want a fully detailed build of a pet summoner it is recommended to visit haru chans' thread.

If you want to be a full on pokemon wannabe it is recomended that you choose between 2 weapons. Staves offer small cast time reduction on pet mp recovery only. Magic attacks also offer good proration for phy attack pets. Bows in the other hand offer a big cast time reduction on both pet support and a boost in hp heal. Only downside is the mp management(since casting mp charge while holding a bow sucks) since it only rely on ampr, so rule of the thumb is proration, proration, and proration.

 

So in tamer class, we didn't need special stats like luk, tec, or something? o.o

 

Nope, just get it as low HP as possible for easier catch and that's it.

And VIT Blacksmith, still no clue if I can combine for catching or not
