How to make pot45 in 1HS ?

How to make pot45 in 1h ?
Im try changing equipment and still got 42pot.
This stat my bs :
255 dex
57 tec
My proficiency lv86
Difficulty 171
Equip :
Weapon : bowgun Dex11 dex 7% (ganglef)
Second : army knife (have stat dex+2)
Arm : dex11 dex7% (dex+3)
Additional : cat tail (dex+3)
Ring : dexterity talisman III (dex+3)
My skill create equipment lv10
Careful creation lv10
And still 42pt
Can anyone help me ?

 

U need 240 dex and the rest str

 

Yeah 1h sword pot is 1pot per 20pts in Dex and Str so you gotta have 240 in Dex/Str and 60 in the other to get max pot same as bow

 

240 str and the rest dex would be better cause str raises the potential to make high atk weapons .u.

 

So my dex 240 and 72 str?
I think it will hard for create equipment without tec stat

How about for Halberd? Whats the 2nd stat?

 

Well i think str is better since you can used str % weapon stat with flat armor add and many more with black knight xtal which is give more str for increasing pot

 

Halberd should be 20 str/agi per pot, i could be wrong tho

 

Gears cant increase pot, they can only increase side bonuses from stats

 

I'm confuse on what should I do....240 dex then rest str or 240 str then rest dex

 

either would work for 1h and bow.
Str has a chance to produce higher atk weapons while Dex increases ur success rate
sucess vs. high atk
or it depends on, what else you wanna craft
2h sword vs. bow gun

How bout for staff? Int 240 and the rest str? .. can that get high chance for +10 atk?

 

so dex 240 rest str is worse than dex 250 rest tech? why?

 

This question need to be more specific, if you making a main weapon (2H, BG, Staff, Knuckle, Armor) then you need to put only 250 and the rest on tech, since main stats weapon gives 1pot/10 stats, for a secondary (1h, bow, md, halberd) go 240 and the rest on the second stats that link, e.a 1h (240str, 97 Dex/Dex-Str for getting hogher pot, 240 main and rest on tech for higher chance of succes but low on pot) why 240, since secotndary weapon gives 1pot/20 stats.

 

it wont be hard but will take u longer.. i used tec to lvlup my bs [rpf.. then reset and started creating equips.. it will benefit u to do 250dex and rest str..

 

I wanted to know what is the reason why if i want to make a 1h bs i would put 240 into dex and rest of my stat points in str when i could use tech to boost success rate. i read the part that said str makes higher atk weapons and that 1pot/20 str or dex but is the pot worth it to stat swords when i could have more successful weapons with tech instead. i only ask because my bs is for 1h swords and currently lvl 25 with points into dex and i wanted to know which was better since i could still delete and restart the character. i want high pot and atk weapons with high success rate as well. what would be the best route? dex>str, str>dex, dex>tech, or str>tech?
