how to unlock blacksmith fill stat

can someone teach me how to unlock this part

 

Right now only 6 stat slots are available for use. I hope when tier 4 smith skills (180 level cap?) come out they will be available for use.

 

lv200 cap i believe

 

Foxie is right, tier 4 production skills are level 200 cap so until then the bottom 3 stat slots are unavailable

 

u mean lvl char..? how they can put many stat..? i only can put 3 stat only

 

urmm how can put more then 3 stat + and - ... i can put 3 stat only.. i need high lv char or high profiency..

You need to unlock level 3 smithing skills and add skill points into accurate customization. See spoiler

10. Customize Equipment
Lv 1 Skill; No Limit
Skill Effect:
- Allows you to add and modify stats to equipments who have a Potential higher than 0
- The number of stating slots you have start at 3
- If a stating slot is already occupied by a stat, it cannot be changed, but the value can be modified


Passive Effect:
- Skill Stating Bonus Rate +(Skill Level)
- Skill Stat Limiter Boost +(3 * Skill Level)
Game Description: "Consume potential and attach stats to the equipment created by [Create Equipment]."

11. Accurate Customization
Lv 3 Skill; No Limit
Passive Effect:
- Skill Stating Bonus Rate +10 +(Skill Level)
- Skill Stat Limiter Boost +(3 * Skill Level)
- Increases the number of stating slots by 0 (level 1)/ 1 (levels 2 to 4)/ 2 (levels 5 to 7)/ 3 (level 8 to 10)
Game Description: "The success rates of [Customize Equipment] increases a little. The number of abilities you can add increase."

 

Oh, I thought you meant how to get slot 7-9 not 4-6 my bad. You can get 1-6 at level 100 just need to but tier 3 bs skills and max both the Customize skills.
