how to unlock storm

I'm kinda new to toram and I'm finding a away to unlock the storm skill can you guys give some guide? *~*

 

Level up to 70 and buy the skill fro the library

 

I've been on some party and some members already have the skill even tho they're on lvl 30 or so... How come?

 

They have another Character that's level 70 or over. As long as one of your characters are the level required for the skill, you can get the skill

Try do your main quest, since main quest give a decent amount of xp rather than doing a manual farm without a proper skill. Do your main quest until you reached lvl 70 on one of your character, by the time you reach lvl 70, magic skill tree lvl 3 should be unlocked and you can learn it on library in sofya city, and there you are

Ps = if you have one of your character that have reached the level requirement for skill lvl to unclock, then you can learn the skill even though your lvl is low. Like isra said up above
