Hypothetical Post-Update DW

It's me again
After watching a couple of DW and Brawler about high aspd builds a question came into my mind.

1)Full str rest agi
2)Full agi rest str

Which one does more damage?

I know, the full str rest agi build should do more, due to higher crit damage, however, would a full agi aspd build be able to overcome the damage of 1)? Due to faster motion speed, letting me attack faster?
I mean, this build puts a main focus on norm hit damage and higher aspd increases its motion speed.

I personally think 1) should still be better due to the cdmg - or am I wrong?

 

it really doesnt matter both will deal the same amount of overall damage in the end, it is more based on which option would better suite your playing style

 

Okay, good to know Think I am more of a speedster, at least regarding DW, so I guess I'll stick with that in the future, ty!

Edit: You didn't compare a full str rest agi with a full agi rest str right? Just two full agi builds with different aspd, now I do wonder again Any other views in that regard?

if u gonna go rampage as dmger better use some skills with blade skills too or atleast twin slash
if ur gonna rely on rampage last slash for dmg better use dex over str and agi for now since sub weap atk aint that useful
if ur gonna yse rampage for speed 1.1k is good enuf for ur build

 

Since I'll also rely on flash blast, which should get a bonus from subhand DMG as a DW skill, i guess I'll take full str Rest agi or full agi Rest str. I think this way its a little more balanced between the the DMG skills, and my charging slash or lvl 150 DW skill would also benefit more from one of those builds

Edit: If anybody is interested for the exact values:

255 agi 100 str 25 dex (lvl 150) gives 319 more subhand atk than 255 str 100 agi 25 dex (lvl 150). Also with the full agi rest str/dex build you have around 900 more aspd , 275 more flee and around 180 more cspd, in turn, however 4% less stability and 31% less cdmg. !!!!!Both builds have 206 hit and 32% crate, I'm not sure if that is enough for the hit rate; crate will be boosted by main weapon and armor stats, so that shouldn't be a problem!!!!!

These calculations have been made on coryn.club and with clean Leve Fangs, Adventurers Garb and Top Hat/Unsheathe Bangle.

For me, this means that after the update I'll most likely switch to the full agi rest str/dex build, as it suits me more.

 

dw has no lvl150skill...

nope no skill at 150 on dw since its a subclass of 1h not a main class such as blade//halberd/mononofu/shot/martial and magic
its like dagger and shield skill tree
since to obtain dw u need to be lvl 30(not sure) and its lvl2 skills are at lvl 50
lvl3 at 90
i think there will be a dw lvl4 skill but most likely at cap 170 not 150

Oh you are right, in another thread somebody said something about new skills for DW as well, but it totally makes sense
