I cant logging into game.. help me plss..!

    I have try all way.. clear data, unistall and also format phone but still same result.
    Plss help me fix it..

    click reconnect a few times it helped me before. other then that what phone model are you using, do you have any modification apps or Bot apps installed?

    Restart your wifi modem or reconnect to your wifi, be sure to click forget network. So you have to renter password of your wifi. This should work , it happened to me aswell and this is how I fixed it.

    If you have the app installed on an android device, check in your phones settings under accounts and see if the google account linked to toram has synced since you used it last. Also did you register to your email to back up your save and get the free avatar ticket? If you are lucky you've done one or both of these things if so go to settings >apps>toram and clear the game data then reopen the game and log back in to your Google account and or email the data should redownload and bring you game data back as it was. Hope this helps I've used this method a few times personally.

    No.. i use stock rom and not root. And i dont use any modification apps.

    ic.. i dont use wifi network.. i just use telco line on my phone.. it was fine before.. then after update, this suck be like this....

    4G+... Is it really stable too?
    To make sure, try speedtest to make sure the result of it.
    For a while, try to connect into different service provider or another internet source. Hope it can be.
    If it can, try downgrade to 3G connections.

    I'm getting the same error but on my WiFi. Only solution I found is to use a VPN (I am using Opera VPN).

    Usually this happen when you got a bad connection and sometimes using VPN helps with this problem.

    No the connection is fine...It worked fine before and then just stopped working all together.

    Actually this is happening everywhere.
    I use boost and where I live I can download 1 gig games in under 10 minutes while watching videos on 720p and yet it has still happened to me and my guild that happen to both use Wi-Fi and mobile network. I believe it is the app unable to read our connection due to update and the +1000000 maintenances they did this week (yeah I over exaggerated on the maintenance count)

    Yeah same thing happened to me try to reinstall,using WiFi or mobile data,clear all data restart phone but still it show error

    I have this same problem, and when i try to reinstall it just hangs in the downloading new data part
