I need help in making a DW ( I am a total noob here)

    Hello. I have a lvl 111. It has no stats no skills points used. No equips. All I got is 18m waiting to be spent for DW gears. I would be very thankful if you guys can tell me what stats to get (I want to have a balanced dw- DPS but I need to survive as well) and what to use all these skill points in.

    Also pls mention combos and what they do. I have no idea about them. Thanks.
